Welcome back to a new school year of learning, sharing and interaction!

Frank and I (Chef Tran) are pleased to have you join us in this "sanctuary" of discovery, creation, and most importantly of all respect. The environment in which you are about to enter relies solely on the participation and caring of each other and for the ideas and thoughts expressed by each individual.

The world of food and hospitality is diverse, interesting, and forever changing! Everyone, regardless of depth or interest will benefit greatly from this course.
